QR4ICE.COM® Privacy Policy

The following Privacy Policy sets forth the QR4ICE.COM's ("we", "our") privacy practices and the possible uses of the information that we gather via our website (the "Website") at http://QR4ICE.COM.

The Information We Collect

Personal Information. When you visit and navigate the Website, we will not collect identifying information, like name, address, email address, or telephone number (collectively, "Personal Information"), about you unless you provide us that information voluntarily, such as, for example, by filling out a form to generate an emergency QR code and/or purchasing products that contain your emergency QR code.

Financial Information. We sell products for purchase on the Website.  When purchasing such products, you are redirected to a Paypal payment landing page where you must complete the transaction by using an existing Paypal account or by providing Personal Information as well as a credit or debit card number and a billing address (“Financial Information”).  This payment process is external to us, and we do not have any access to your Financial Information input through the Paypal payment process nor do we collect Financial Information for any purpose.  When purchasing products through the Website, information you submit through the payment process with Paypal is outside of the scope of this policy, and we encourage you to review Paypal's privacy policy before making any such purchase.

c)    Necessary or for Safety Reasons. We may disclose your Personal Information if required or permitted to do so by law, for fraud protection and credit risk reduction purposes, or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to protect and defend the rights or property of us or the users of the Website, to act under urgent circumstances to protect our safety or the safety of our employees or a member of the public, or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.

d)    Sale or Acquisition of Assets. If we become involved in a transaction involving the sale of our assets, such as a merger or acquisition, or if the Website is transferred to another company, we may disclose and/or transfer your Personal Information as part of the transaction.  If we are not the surviving entity in that transaction, the surviving entity may use your information pursuant to their own privacy policies, and those policies may be different from this Privacy Policy. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in the event of such transaction.

We employ commercially reasonable standards in collecting and protecting your information. Unfortunately, no safeguards or processes can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We cannot ensure or warrant the security of any of such information, and you provide such information at your own risk.
